We’re excited to share that our next seasonal NOURISH ME SUNDAY is at the home of True North Yoga - the beautiful Peter Lehmann Wines in Tanunda.

An opportunity to relax, nourish, and be inspired in this gorgeous historic building filled with natural stone and nestled in nature.

It’s so important to take time to pause and fill your own cup, and our Nourish Me Sunday afternoons are the perfect blend of gentle healthy movement, guided relaxation, and soothing sound. 

You’ll also be inspired by self-care tips for a beautiful healthful glow from the world of Ayurveda, and finish with some soul nourishing food brought to us with love and care from the heart of the Hive Cafe kitchen.

We take the guess work out of creating time for self-care. All you need to do is turn up, ready to be nourished for the afternoon, and we take care of the rest.
