This is the reset you've been craving. Immerse yourself in yoga and Ayurvedic practices, unwind, clarify, and return to life feeling rejuvenated and inspired.
You don’t need any prior yoga experience or to be Ayurveda savvy to join this retreat. It’s all about taking time to give your body, mind, and digestive system true rest and nutrition, and equiping you with the tools to create true lasting holistic wellness in your life.
Your retreat has been carefully crafted with cleansing and rejuvenating yoga and Ayurveda practices, held in the beautiful Barossa in eco-friendly safari tents set amongst native gums with vineyard views and and plenty of time to relax by the spa and pool and simply enjoy time to refresh and renew.
The safari tents are located in a private area at the end of the park and we have booked the entire space to retreat. This is glamping at its finest complete with airconditioning, private ensuite, kitchenette, and deck.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- 2-nights Accommodation: in an eco-friendly safari tent set amoungst native gums with vineyard views - all tents have an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette and spacious bedroom configured with either a king-sized or twin bedding
- Daily Morning Yoga: infused with breathwork for a simple but powerful way to start your day focusing on cleansing practices to feel invigorated and refreshed
- Daily Evening Yoga: including meditation and sounbath, focusing on releasing, letting go, and clarifying body and mind
- Experiential Sessions: covering yoga, breathwork, and Ayurvedic principles for holistic wellness
- Spa & Pool Access: throughout the retreat for private use by our group only
- All Meals: simple and nutritionally balanced meals and snacks utilising Ayurvedic spring cleanse principles to help your digestive system a reset
