YOGA FLOW & YIN YOGA WITH TANYA
A flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels of yoga experience and finishing with yin yoga stretches for deep release.
Please wear comfortable active wear and bring your yoga mat and a drink of water.
Mats are available to borrow or purchase if you don't have your own.
Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it. Some classes fill so cancelling will give someone else the opportunity to attend if you can’t make it.
