A flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels of yoga experience using the breath to generate focus, strength, release, and calm of body and mind.
Please have ready for your home practice: your yoga mat, a bolster (or cushions/pillows), a strap (or scarf), and a block (or thick books).
Once you've purchases your pass and booked, you will be emailed a link to join the class.
