YOGA FLOW WITH TANYA
A flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels of yoga experience using the breath to generate focus, strength, release, and calm of body and mind.
Please wear comfortable active wear and bring your yoga mat and a drink of water.
Mats are available to borrow or purchase if you don't have your own.
Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it. Some classes fill so cancelling will give someone else the opportunity to attend if you can’t make it.
